The world's largest airport relies on lighting from Osram

After only four years of construction, the Beijing Daxing International Airport is about to be officially opened. Covering a total of 1.4 million square meters, it is expected to handle more than 100 million passengers a year. To make their time at the airport as pleasant as possible, the right lighting has a crucial role to play. Osram has installed over 1,300 LED luminaires, all controlled intelligently by a central system. Smart lighting from Osram provides pleasant bright light at all times of the day and is particularly energy-efficient. It reduces energy consumption by around two thirds compared to traditional systems.
