오스트리아 프렘슈테텐, 독일 뮌헨(2023년 3월 20일) -- 광학 솔루션의 글로벌 리더인 ams OSRAM (SIX: AMS)는 단면 발광 레이저 다이오드 포토폴리오에 소형 조리개를 가진 소형의 표면 실장 장치를 추가했습니다. 신제품 SPL S1L90H_3은 LiDAR 및 장거리 산업 애플리케이션에 향상된 성능과 용이한 광학 통합을 제공합니다.
SPL S1L90H_3은 조리개 크기가 110 µm에 불과한 최초의 표면 실장형 단면 발광 레이저 중 하나입니다. 애플리케이션은 이러한 소형 조리개를 통해 좁은 빔을 생성할 수 있습니다. 905 nm 적외선 기술은 단펄스 LiDAR 애플리케이션에 최적화되어 있습니다.
단일 채널의 SPL S1L90H_3에는 ams OSRAM 멀티 정션 기술을 적용하여 장치의 2.3 mm x 2.0 mm x 0.69 mm 패키지 안에 탑재된 하나의 레이저 다이에 3개의 이미터가 수직으로 스택되어 있습니다. 이 기술을 통해 레이저는 65 W의 피크 출력을 구현할 수 있습니다. 이러한 기능을 바탕으로 거리 측정, 3D 광학 센싱, 동시적 위치 추적 및 지도 작성(SLAM) 애플리케이션에서 원거리의 대상 영역에 더 나은 조명을 구현할 수 있습니다. 이러한 성능은 드론, 로봇, 빌딩 및 공장 자동화 장비와 같은 제품에 중요합니다.

최적화된 전력 효율적인 펄스 레이저 SPL S1L90H_3은 최대 50 ns의 펄스 폭을 지원합니다. 빔 발산은 10°(평행) x 25°(수직)에 불과해 소형 조리개를 통한 효율적인 빔 쉐이핑이 가능합니다. SPL S1L90H_3의 인덕턴스에 최적화된 패키지는 2 ns 미만 펄스에 적합합니다. 내구성이 뛰어난 표면 실장 패키지는 산업 환경을 비롯해 소비자 애플리케이션, 홈 및 빌딩 자동화용으로 이상적입니다. 클래스 3B 등급의 내부식성과 용이한 시스템 열 설계를 위한 낮은 내열성을 제공합니다.
