ams’ Annual General Meeting approves overwhelming majority of items on the agenda

Premstaetten, Austria (3 June 2020) -- ams AG (SIX: AMS), a leading worldwide supplier of high performance sensor solutions, announces that in today’s Annual General Meeting the overwhelming majority of items on the agenda were approved with a very high majority of the votes cast. Only agenda item 7 (remuneration policy) did not receive a majority of the votes cast.
