ams 4LS——高速线扫描图像传感器

The 4LS series is the newest family of line scan sensors from ams OSRAM featuring four lines of pixels. The 4LS offers resolutions of 5K, 10K and 15K, using stitching process (multiple segments of 2K5), and is available in both RGB and monochrome variants. Designers can use 4:1 digital TDI (Time Delay Integration) to capture high quality images in low light environments or perform high-speed object inspection.4LS also supports True Color applications with extended spectral range.
The four lines of the 4LS sensor can be triggered for exposure, reset independently and have individual gain settings (CDS and ADC gain). In addition, all four lines can be read out simultaneously over LVDS output. 4LS features a global shutter pixel with true CDS (correlated double sampling), allowing a fully pipelined integration, A/D conversion and readout.
