Mira image sensor

Our compact global shutter image sensors with back side illuminated stacked pixel technology advance 2D and 3D vision systems with market leading quantum efficiency at visible and NIR wavelengths.

Low-power design paired with highest quantum efficiency qualifies the sensor for power critical application as it achieves superior image quality even in dim lighting conditions.

Advanced on-chip noise reduction enables impressive quality already on raw image which further reduces algorithmic correction load on the image signal processor (ISP).

Mira image sensors with MONO, RGB or RGB-IR filter options are the ideal solution for a wide range of applications: AR/VR glasses; drones, robots, biometric door locks and diverse factory automation setups.

NanEye - Miniature camera modules

NanEye miniature camera modules are  ultra small, fully integrated digital camera module configurations. They are provided as camera head with integrated cable, which is customizable length, or PCB solderable product variant. NanEye digital camera modules are available with various lens and filter options and fit ideal in various applications, like medical endoscopes, inspection tools, AR/VR headsets, mini-drones or robotics.

With a footprint of a just 1 mm², it features a 320x320 resolution with a high sensitive 2.4-micron rolling shutter pixel, with large full well capacitance. The sensor has a high frame rate of about 58 fps to permit SNR enhancement and a smooth, low delay display over a wide range of standard interfaces. Additionally, the frame rate can be set as low as 1 fps for use of extended exposure time and lower power consumption.

The Naneye can drive the signal through a cable length of up to 3 m.
