This compact and high optical efficiency LED is a wide lambertian radiant characteristic. This LED is designed for the use in thin and high resolution direct backlight applications as well as standard direct backlighting solutions. This LED has package level conversion that enables homogeneous color appearance, avoiding yellow halo effect. The spectral properties (529nm green peak) are optimized for high color gamut displays of 110% NTSC.
