ams AS7261 Spectral Sensing Engine
The AS7261 integrates Gaussian interference filter technology to enable chromatic white color sensor which provides direct XYZ color coordinates consistent with the CIE 1931 2° standard observer color coordinates. Additional mapping of XYZ coordinates to the x, y (Y) of the 2-dimensional color gamut and scales of the CIE 1976 u’v’ coordinate system, providing accurate correlated color temperature (CCT) measurements and color point deviation from the black body curve for white light color in the ∆u’v’ coordinate system. ams AS7262 Consumer Grade Smart 6-Channel VIS Sensor
The AS7262 is a cost-effective multispectral sensor-on-chip solution designed to address spectral ID applications. This highly integrated device delivers 6-channel multispectral sensing in the visible wavelengths from approximately 430nm to 670nm with full-width half-max (FWHM) of 40nm. An integrated LED driver with programmable current is provided for electronic shutter applications. The AS7262 integrates Gaussian filters into standard CMOS silicon via nano-optic deposited interference filter technology and is packaged in a LGA package that provides a built in aperture to control the light entering the sensor array. Control and spectral data access is implemented through either the I²C register set, or with a high level AT spectral command set via a serial UART.
ams AS7263 6-Ch NIR Spectral Sensing Engine
The AS7263 is a digital 6-channel multi-spectral sensor for spectral identification in the near IR (NIR) light wavelengths. AS7263 consists of 6 independent optical filters whose spectral response is defined in the NIR wavelengths from approximately 600nm to 870nm with full-width half-max (FWHM) of 20nm. An integrated LED driver with programmable current is provided for electronic shutter applications. The AS7263 integrates Gaussian filters into standard CMOS silicon via nano-optic deposited interference filter technology and is packaged an LGA package that provides a built in aperture to control the light entering the sensor array. ams AS7265x Smart Spectral Sensor
The AS7265x family incorporates 3 chips to deliver an 18-channel multi-spectral sensing array covering wavelengths from 410nm to 940nm. The AS72651 covers NIR wavelengths from 600nm to 870nm and serves as the master controller for the set. When combined with the AS72652 (spectral response from 560nm to 940nm) and the AS72653 (spectral response from 410nm to 535nm) the full set delivers 18-channels with FWHM of 20nm. The device family integrates Gaussian filters into standard CMOS silicon via nano-optic deposited interference filter technology in LGA packages, and each AS7265x device has two integrated LED drivers with programmable current and which can be timed for electronic shutter applications.
ams AS7341L - 10-Channel Spectral Analytic Sensor
AS7341L is a 10-channel spectrometer for spectral identification and analytic applications used in mobile devices. The spectral response is defined in the wavelengths from approximately 350nm to 1000nm. 6 channels can be processed in parallel by independent ADCs while the other channels are accessible via a multiplexer. 8 optical channels cover the visible spectrum, one channel can be used to measure near infra-red light and one channel is a photo diode without filter (“clear”). The NIR channel in combination with the other VIS channels may provide information about special characteristics of analytes (e.g. Lateral Flow Tests). The device can also be synchronized to external signals via pin GPIO. AS7341L integrates filters into standard CMOS silicon via Nano-optic deposited interference filtertechnology and its package provides a built in aperture to control the light entering the sensor array. Control and Spectral data access is implemented through a serial I²C interface. The device is available in an ultra-low profile package with dimensions of 3.1mm x 2mm x 1mm. ams AS7264N Consumer Grade Smart XYZ + Bio-Blue + NIR Sensor
The AS7264N provides direct XYZ sensor data which conforms to the tri-stimulus standard observer color response of the human eye. In addition, two channels added for measurement of blue spectrum light, plus a near-IR channel enables additional application flexibility. LED drivers with programmable currents are provided for electronic shutter applications. ams AS73211 - JENCOLOR® Digital XYZ Sensor
The AS73211 is a digital XYZ sensor with I2C interface for relative and absolute color measurement and control. The combination of True Color XYZ sensitized photodiodes with a filter function based on the standard CIE 1931/DIN 5033 (human eye perception) and used interference filter technology as leading and most accurate technology of three-range sensors makes the AS73211 more accurate than RGB sensors and guarantee this function without spectral changings over lifetime. The AS73211 is designed with a high dynamic range to measure any light in the visible range (VIS) in environments from sunlight to dark rooms, dimmed LEDs, or dark colored monitors.
