Product features

The most compact 3 x 3 mm high power LED with an electrically isolated thermal pad allows for superior heat dissipation designs. The flat package shape enhances color homogeneity due to reduced color over angle variation. Extremely low thermal resistance helps to maintain the efficiency remarkably high evenwhen driven at higher currents.
