Osram Opto Semiconductors reveals a spectrum of infinite possibilities at electronica
The high-tech company presents lighting solutions for visualization, illumination and sensing
From November 8 through 11, 2016 Osram Opto Semiconductors will be showcasing its extensive portfolio of application highlights at electronica in Munich. Visitors to the fair will be able to see the products in action in an extremely wide range of applications and be impressed by the company’s powers of innovation. Innovative applications with opto semiconductors which meet not only the needs of customers but also the challenges of a huge bandwidth of industries and technologies all come under Osram Opto Semiconductors’ slogan for the fair of a “spectrum of infinite possibilities”. There are three topic areas at the booth where visitors can delve into the worlds of visible and invisible light and learn about the pioneering concepts the company will be presenting in the fields of visualization, illumination and sensing. For example, Osram Opto Semiconductors will be premiering new products to improve road safety, such as the surface mountable Oslon Black Flat S multichip LED for pixelated headlight solutions, or a special laser diode for LIDAR (Light Detection and Scanning). Results from current research projects will provide insights into the future of light.
