Smart Rings, Smart Glasses & Smart Watches demo
ams OSRAM is unique in offering a complete portfolio of Light Emitting Diodes, Photodiodes, Optical Front Ends, Analog Front End ICs and temperature sensors. This supports designers in rapidly realizing complete, high performance, low power and small form factor vital sign monitoring solutions in their products. For the 11th Wearable Expo in 2025, we will collaborate with our partners to present a demo on the bright future of Smart Rings, Smart Glasses and Smart Watches.

TMF 882x demo
Based on 3D sensors, Time of Flight (ToF) directly measures the optical path length to points on the scene. ams OSRAM offers TMF882x integrated direct ToF (dToF) modules using ultra-low power and compact ranging of up to 8x8 zones to over 5m. Understand how the 3D scene reconstruction is done by checking out our showcase demo of TMF 882x.

Mira016 CSP/WLO (Wafer Level Optics) demo
For sensor solutions, meet ams OSRAM’s Mira 016 CMOS Image Sensor, a small form factor, high sensitivity and power efficient CMOS image sensor. Mira016 is a compact 0.16MP Near IR enhanced global shutter image sensor designed for 2D and 3D consumer and industrial machine vision applications. The sensor has a small 2.79 µm pixel size with high sensitivity, made possible by state-of-the-art BSI technology.

LBS (Laser Beam Scan) demo
ams OSRAM offers a leading portfolio of highly integrated LEDs and laser light sources, serving all types of AR near-to-eye projection systems.  Our integrated RGB LED and RGB laser packages represent state-of-the-art technologies in miniaturized high performance light sources for AR micro-display and laser beam scanning.  Matched to specific light sources, we also offer custom driver ICs. An example of this is our Vegalas™ integrated RGB laser module that enables a high-performance laser beam scanning light engine that fits into just 1.2cc (10.6*7.5*14.96mm).

IR LED with Rectangular Radiation Pattern demo
The OSLON® P1616 products are the smallest high power infrared LEDs in the product portfolio of ams OSRAM. With a package size of only 1.6 x 1.6 mm² and a best-in-class intensity, the devices are the industry‘s smallest high power (near) infrared devices, addressing different applications. Check out our IR LED with Rectangular Radiation Pattern Demo and be inspired.
