Integrated Circuits and Systems for Radiation Detection and Imaging

IDEAS is a Norwegian semiconductor company specialized in designing integrated circuits (IC) and systems for radiation detectors and image sensors. The IC design team specializes in analog, digital and mixed-signal design, with experience from ultra-low power, high-precision, and radiation hard developments. In addition to IC design, IDEAS also houses system developers and physicists that can help customers reach the final product. Their products are used in aero-space and other industries. Recent designs include ICs for x-ray and infrared focal plane arrays (MCT, InGaAs, CZT), photomultiplier tubes, silicon photomultipliers, and microbolometers.
