Stray field immunity
Unique patented technology developed by ams OSRAM protects its position sensors against interference from magnetic stray fields.
Because the technology behind stray field immunity is integrated into the sensor IC, no external shielding needs to be mounted on the chip. This helps to lower the bill-of-materials and assembly cost of a position sensing system.

PSI5
PSI5 is a standard bus which enables communication between devices in an automotive system over a twisted-pair cable. Position sensors from ams OSRAM that have an on-board PSI5 interface are compatible with other PSI5-enabled components such as microcontrollers.
