The AS5171 is available with an analog output interface (AS5171E) or a digital output interface (AS5171B). The AS5171E and AS5171B are available in a SIP package (system in package). A sub-range can programmed to achieve the best resolution for the application. To measure the angle, only a simple two-pole magnet rotating over the center of the package is required.
