Robert Feurle

Since 2022 Robert Feurle has been Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Business Unit Opto Semiconductors at ams-OSRAM Group and member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Robert has more than 20 years of experience in various management positions in Germany and abroad in the areas of semiconductors and microelectronics. He has a strong track record in the fields of R&D, P&L management, program management and operations in the application fields computing, consumer and industry. He holds various patents.

Robert started his career in 1996 at Siemens AG as design engineer in the semiconductor group. In 1999 he joined Infineon Technologies AG as Director of Embedded DRAM Development and later as Senior Director for Product Line Speciality DRAM. After career steps at Qimonda and for six years at Micron in the US, Robert returned to Infineon in 2015 as Vice President and General Manager for Integrated Solutions and Discretes. In 2020 Robert joined ams AG as Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Business Unit Image Sensor Solutions. 

Robert holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Konstanz, Germany.
