Chief Financial Officer

Ingo Bank is Chief Financial Officer at ams-OSRAM AG since May 1, 2020, and a member of the ams Management Board. He was appointed to this role in March 2020.  

Ingo joined ams-OSRAM AG from OSRAM Licht AG where he held the post of CFO and management board member. He joined the company in 2016 from PAREXEL International Corporation, a provider of biopharmaceutical services, where he held the position of CFO and Senior Vice President. Earlier in his career, he spent 18 years at Philips in various senior leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Philips Healthcare and Chief Financial Officer of divisions within Philips Lighting.

Ingo holds a degree in Economics from Witten-Herdecke University, Germany, as well as a degree as ´Registered Controller´ from University Amsterdam/Maastricht, the Netherlands. Ingo Bank is a German citizen and has lived in Europe, Asia, and the United States during his 25-years career.
