The AS1130 is a I²C interfaced, ultra-compact cross-plexing LED driver IC for 132 single LEDs with error diagnostic and correction. It offers a 8-bit PWM per LED and a 8-bit analog current adjustment on each matrix for up to 3mA per LED. It offers up to 36 frames of memory and scrolling function reducing MCU load.

The demo kit includes the AS1130 Evaluation Board, the USB interface board, a 132 single LEDs (11x12matrix) connecting board, a 42 RGB LEDs (6x7matrix) connecting board and the required SW. On the AS1130 Evaluation Board the 20-balls WL-CSP version is mounted.
