Description

The AS3715 Evaluation Kit allows you to easily evaluate the principle functionality of the AS3715 power management unit. All functions and registers can be controlled via the included PC GUI software. 

 Kit Content: 
 - 1 USB flash drive (includes documents and software) 
- Evaluation board: 
   - AS3715:  81-pin WL-CSPCTBGA 0.5mm pitch 
   - AS3729: 16-pin WL-CSP 0.4mm pitch - USB connection cable

Please note that ams-OSRAM AG is discontinuing production of AS3715.
